Compete in our first &#8216;Tourney&#8217; on October 31st!<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The more eagle-eyed players may have noticed a new golden laurel wreath icon at the top of the Stronghold Kingdoms UI&#8230; We are excited to reveal this is for our new \u2018Tourney\u2019 system! This new gameplay update will allow players to compete in a series of medieval tournaments for special prizes and bragging rights on all-new leaderboards. Starting with the first tourney scheduled for 3pm (Game Time) on October 31<sup>st<\/sup>, players will regularly compete in a wide range of contests changing as often as every few weeks.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=26ncUDpUPyA\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-14937\" src=\"\/\/news.strongholdkingdoms.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2018\/10\/SHK-Tournaments-Client-YT-Teaser-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" srcset=\"https:\/\/newsfeed-cms.fireflyops.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2018\/10\/SHK-Tournaments-Client-YT-Teaser-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/newsfeed-cms.fireflyops.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2018\/10\/SHK-Tournaments-Client-YT-Teaser.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Medieval \u2018Tourneys\u2019 will soon take place across all game worlds as limited-time events, with various PvE challenges designed to test players\u2019 mastery over different areas of the game. New leaderboards and tiers also offer those at different skill levels unique challenges and loot based on their rank. Tournament objectives will eventually cover all areas of Stronghold Kingdoms gameplay including economy, trade, military, exploration and religion.
