One hour of downtime expected across all game worlds

Update: All game worlds will experience around one hour of downtime at 11:00 am GMT / Game Time on Thursday 7th February 2013 to prepare for the launch of a new Spanish-language game world. The update will also introduce a number of Second Age bug fixes and small tweaks. ‘Mundo 1’ will include the countries of Spain and Portugal, however the official supported language will be Spanish. Once the downtime is over, Mundo 1 will then launch at 3:00 pm GMT / Game Time.

We are proud to announce that we have added Spanish as an official supported language for Stronghold Kingdoms. To welcome our Spanish players into the fold we will also be launching an all-new Spanish language game world, which will include the countries of Spain and Portugal. “Mundo 1” as it will be known is set to launch this Thursday in the coming weeks and we’d appreciate it if you could give our Spanish (and Portuguese!) players a hearty Stronghold welcome.

To change your language to Spanish simply log in to a game world and click on Settings. Under the Languages tab you will find “Español”, select it and click on Apply. It is recommended that you reload the client for these changes to take full effect.
