Cards UI Update Now Live

First North American game world to launch at 2pm Game Time

Whether you are saving up cards for the launch of USA1 or merely waiting for your enemies to drop their guard… Players with a few strategy cards in their deck might appreciate the new features in today’s update, which is now live across all game worlds. We have added three new features for the Cards Screen, making it possible for players to shuffle more precisely through their deck and play that killer card before it’s too late!

First there is the new cards search bar which provides the Lords and Ladies of Kingdoms with the ability to search by title for cards in their current deck. To do this simply click on the magnifying glass in the top right corner of the Cards Screen and type in any key word from the card title or description. If you’re looking for a stone card you can simply type “stone” and all cards related to stone will appear, but if you are after a specific card and know its name you can type that in too. Second is the new “Buy and Play” option for cards, which allows players to perform both actions in a single click. Third is a new Cards Screen filter which displays all recently played cards. We’re hoping this will be of assistance to players in the midst of war, but also on the economic side to players building up additional villages.

In addition another trio of smaller tweaks have been added to the game, in response to suggestions from the community. A warning now appears when Quest rewards and Market purchases would be partially wasted, due to insufficient storage space. New tooltips have been added to the Faction sidebar, providing extra help text. Finally an updated uninstaller will remove all files that were previously left behind, avoiding difficulties some players experience when reinstalling the game. We have also created a new cards tutorial video, which can be found here.

Don’t forget that USA1 is set to launch today at 2:00 PM Game Time/UTC. Click here for the launch time in your time zone.

We hope you enjoy the new tweaks and look forward to another update next month!
